Meet Your Potential. Find Your Joy.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL
COACHING
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a support service for personal and professional development, offering guidance and motivation to individuals striving to reach their full potential. A Coach acts as a trusted talking partner, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration, reflection, and growth — this can be with one-on-one clients or in groups and teams.
During Coaching, you are in the driver’s seat, and I, as the Coach, act as a navigator to get you where you want to go. Through active listening, insightful questioning, constructive feedback, and other coaching techniques, I help you gain clarity, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and develop a feasible action plan to overcome challenges. Whether in leadership, career, or personal life, my coaching can serve as a catalyst for your transformation, unlocking untapped potential, and fostering a journey of continuous learning and improvement.
I hold a coaching credential from the University of British Columbia and am further certified through the International Coaching Federation at the ACC level. When you coach with me, you are assured of a high level of professional and ethical quality throughout our engagement.
GET COACHED!
One-on-one coaching is a powerful tool to help you meet your personal or professional potential. Message me to arrange a free 30-minute virtual Discovery Call to discuss your needs and find out if we’re a fit.
On the call, we can answer all your questions about coaching, from cost and delivery modes to expected outcomes. If you feel it isn’t right for you for any reason, there’s no obligation to book. I can’t stress this enough. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll set up a schedule, meeting approximately every two weeks either virtually or by phone. Face to face coaching is dependent on location.
Coaching costs about the same per hour as counselling. If this price point isn’t available for you, message me to discuss a sliding scale.
Coaching is also available for groups and teams in professional contexts. Reach out to discuss your needs.
TAP INTO “WEEKEND COACHING”
The workweek can be non-stop, full to the brim, with little time for reflection or self-care. Many of us slow down at the end of the week, lingering over a second cup of coffee on weekend mornings. This is a great time for “coaching-lite”!
Every Saturday morning, I put up a coaching question on social media as a way to prompt a new perspective or a generate insight that you can take into your next workweek. Follow along week to week for thought-provoking prompts and insights.
